Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Structuring Associate to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify and label diverse text, image, and document datasets to train next-generation AI models.
• Review AI model outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic coherence, alignment, and formatting correctness.
• Identify edge cases, labeling ambiguities, and data inconsistencies to help improve labeling taxonomies.
• Balance speed and meticulous attention to detail to achieve strict weekly productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong analytical and reading comprehension abilities.
• Prior experience in data annotation, quality assurance, data review, or content evaluation is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.
• Geographically located within the US or Canada (applications from other regions will be rejected).
