JOB TITLE: Data Support Associate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time, 20 hours/week

SCHEDULED HOURS: Monday-Friday 9:00am-1pm

PROGRAM/LOCATION: CHR Support, Windsor, CT *hybrid position with the potential for remote work*

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: CHR Support

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state reporting requirements for assigned systems and

  communicate changes to supervisor, IT, and program managers.

• Draw and audit data for batch submission and communicate with supervisory and line staff, EHR

  training support, and leadership concerning systemic efforts necessary to improve data quality.

• Manually enter data into outside systems as required.

• Review data quality and correspondence between CHR’s internal EHR and state databases and

  communicate with supervisory and line staff concerning systemic efforts necessary to improve

  data quality.

• Manually enter data into outside systems as required.

• Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.

• Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.

• Additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma

Experience: At least three years demonstrated experience in entry of clinical and/or research data.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: JDL/HR/2015

Training: Knowledge in database management, utilization of Microsoft Office products, data integrity

and quality knowledge

COMPENSATION*****:

$19.28/hour min-$26.97/hour max

• Actual rates within this range are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. (Please note, positions less than 40 hours this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
