Data Support Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Support Coordinator to assist with data entry, record management, reporting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate information, organize digital records, and support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Organize and maintain digital files, spreadsheets, and documents.
• Prepare basic reports and data summaries.
• Assist team members with data-related requests and administrative tasks.
• Identify and report missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company and client records.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: $25.89 - $31.18 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
