Data Support Officer

We are a 100% family owned, 56-year young Belgian (Europe) multinational with factories in Belgium, Wales, Italy and China. Commercially we benefit from offices in the US, Belgium and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data processing: input, verification, update and maintenance.
2. Assist Merchandising team, Product Development team and Design & Graphic team.
3. Gather data and information to be input from company’s various sources, contents (numbers, letters, artwork, photos…) and formats (xlxs, docx, ppt, pdf…)
4. Conduct accurate data entry, verification and update related to the input.
5. Check regularly different stored data, identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies, ensure compliance with company’s standards & rules.
6. Update the stored data in case of need.
7. Maintain organised and secured records of all data entry activities and documentation.
8. Carry out other data processing and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO and COO.

Requirements

• Form 6 or above (Fresh graduates with strong computer skills will be considered).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the teams.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Highly sensitive to data, able to quickly identify data anomalies and key information; strong logical thinking and independent data analysis skills.
• Understanding of data science and propensity modelling concept and structure - sufficient to define the upstream data organization required by models, without building models directly.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools and LLM-based automation, experience in building or deploying AI-assisted workflows is an advantage.
