Data Systems Technician (Microsoft Fabric)

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Data Systems Technician to help build and scale our enterprise data platform. In this role, you will design multi-tier data layers, optimize pipeline transformations, and make enterprise data ready for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
• Integrate data from multiple Dataverse environments and enterprise systems.
• Build automated data pipelines, transformations, and semantic models.
• Support Power BI reporting, AI/ML initiatives, and Copilot data readiness.
• Drive data quality, governance, security, and query performance optimization.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering and Data Modeling.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Dataverse / Power Platform.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
• Bachelor's Degree graduate (undergraduates are not eligible for this role).

Work Setup & Location:

• Shift Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM) | 45 hours per week
• Location: Cyberpark 1, Cubao, Quezon City
• Setup: Hybrid (2x a week on-site; Tuesdays to Thursdays)
