Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Data Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and technical leadership, with expertise in Azure platforms. This role involves overseeing data projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring that data solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical teams in delivering data engineering projects.
• Design and implement data solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, Databricks, and PySpark.
• Ensure high data quality and establish best practises for data handling and analytics.
• Manage data pipelines and workflows with Data Lake Technology (DLT).
• Engage in stakeholder management to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex data engineering problems.
• Maintain ownership of projects from conception to execution.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineering Technical Lead with a focus on Azure technologies.
• Proficiency in ADF, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark is essential.
• Experience working with Data Lake Technology (DLT).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity for ownership and accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative team environment.
