Data Technician

Glass House Technologies is hiring Data Technicians nationwide, and we're not filling shifts. We're building highly skilled technology professionals from the ground up. Zero experience required. We'll teach you the skill, put you on real jobsites, and pay you while you learn it.Here's what that actually looks like. You'll travel the country wiring the buildings the modern world runs on: data centers, national retail rollouts, security and camera systems, fiber, wireless, access control. The stuff most people never think about but nothing works without. One month you're in a data center in one state, the next you're rolling out a national retail chain three states over. You'll see more of this country in your first year than most people see in their lives, and you'll get paid to do it.A year in, our people are certified, sharp, and walking onto million-dollar sites like they own them. Because at that point, they kind of do.This is a real career in the most exciting industry on the planet. Everything is getting connected, and somebody has to build it. That somebody can be you. If you work hard and never stop learning, there is no ceiling here. Technician to lead to superintendent to project management and engineering. We promote from inside, and we promote fast. Now the honest part. This is hard. You live on the road. It gets complicated fast, and it asks more out of you than most jobs ever will. Some people aren't built to put in that kind of effort, and that's just the truth. But if you're actually trying to change your life, not talk about it, change it, then you want to be surrounded by people who push you and don't buy your excuses. That's exactly what you'll get here. We hire fast, and we fire faster. The people who stay are the ones who show up and do the work. This isn't a clock-in, clock-out kind of place. We live immersed in what we do, and we're happy doing it. If you want a job where you do the bare minimum and go home, look elsewhere. What you get for it:Pay starts at $20-25/hr and goes to $40/hr as you certify and take ownership of the work. Dollar raises every six months for anyone performing.BICSI, OSHA, and manufacturer certifications, paid while you're on the clock. Not out of your pocket, on ours.Constant travel across the country on real projects for real clients. Data centers, retail rollouts, camera systems, fiber, access control.A real path with a ceiling worth chasing: technician to lead to superintendent to project management and engineering. What we need from you:Zero experience required.
