Data Technology Lead

NESS Technologies is looking for a Data Technology Lead.

The role includes leading the technology strategy in the data domain, planning and designing end-to-end data architectures, advising clients on the development of advanced data solutions, leading development teams and architects, and integrating innovative technologies in AI/ML and cloud computing.

Position: Full-time, hybrid

Location: Ra’anana, Israel

Requirements

8+ years of experience in the data domain, including at least 3 years in a technology leadership or architecture role – mandatory.

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP – mandatory.

Strong background in Big Data, ETL/ELT, and Data Pipelines – mandatory.

Experience leading teams and working with enterprise clients – mandatory.

Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with senior management – mandatory.
