🚀 Lead a major enterprise data transformation programme in a rapidly growing global life sciences organisation.

We're looking for an experienced Data Tower Program Lead to drive the delivery of a strategic data platform programme connecting manufacturing partners, enterprise systems, and business-critical data into a modern cloud ecosystem.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the organisation's digital transformation journey, helping build scalable data capabilities that improve operational visibility, decision-making, and future innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Leading large-scale data transformation and integration programmes

✅ Owning the roadmap, governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement for the Data Tower

✅ Driving the integration of external manufacturing partners and third-party organisations into a central enterprise data platform

✅ Overseeing the development of scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions

✅ Managing complex dependencies across business, technology, supply chain, manufacturing, and external vendors

✅ Partnering with senior leaders to align data initiatives with broader business objectives

✅ Ensuring delivery excellence across outsourced and multi-vendor environments

✅ Supporting the evolution of a modern data landscape leveraging technologies such as Snowflake and enterprise data lakes

What We're Looking For

🔹 Proven experience leading enterprise-wide data, analytics, or digital transformation programmes

🔹 Strong background delivering complex integration projects involving external partners, suppliers, or manufacturing organisations

🔹 Experience with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and data architecture principles

🔹 Knowledge of Snowflake, data lakes, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, APIs, and data governance frameworks

🔹 Strong programme management, governance, budget, and risk management experience

🔹 Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions

🔹 Experience operating within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated environments

🔹 Comfortable working in fast-paced organisations undergoing significant transformation and growth
