Data Validation & Client Success Specialist

Position Summary

The Data Validation & Client Success Specialist is responsible for reviewing and auditing financial documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements. In addition to financial document responsibilities, this role will receive cross-training in other company service areas to develop a broad understanding of the organization and provide support across multiple functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial documents and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify missing information, discrepancies, or items requiring clarification and follow up appropriately.
• Maintain organized and accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with data entry, documentation, reporting, and other administrative processes related to financial document reviews.
• Cross-train in sales processes and other company service areas.
• Provide support to sales and other departments when needed and as training permits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and the overall client experience.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 1–5 years of relevant experience in data validation and client-facing support (I.e. finance, accounting, banking, sales, customer service, or a related field), with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and resolve client issues.
• Ability to review and interpret financial and business documentation accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and dependable, while also being interested in learning the broader aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial documentation but is also eager to develop skills in sales, client service, and other areas of the company.

 

Job Type:

Part-time hourly contractor; estimated range of ~20 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday through Friday,

* Flexible work hours are available during standard business hours 9am-4pm (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) for collaboration and support.

Fully Remote
