DATA VERIFICATION ASSOCIATE

Ortigas, Onsite | Night Shift | Full-Time

If you’re good at spotting when information doesn’t match and following clear rules to determine the right next step, this role is built around that skill. You’ll review and verify records, classify information, investigate exceptions, and maintain accurate data across a high-volume international workflow.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You’ll support an accuracy-critical operation by reviewing information against established criteria and determining the correct action for each record. The role combines data verification, classification, research, queue management, documentation, and exception handling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Data Review & Verification

• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Verify and classify information using established business rules.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or unusual information.
• Maintain accurate records of decisions and updates.

Research & Processing

• Submit required searches or requests based on review findings.
• Monitor outstanding requests until completed.
• Cross-check information when additional validation is required.
• Route completed records to the appropriate team or queue.

Quality & Exception Management

• Follow processing priorities and required turnaround times.
• Double-check information before completing or routing work.
• Escalate records that fall outside standard procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy across repetitive, high-volume transactions.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Must-Haves

• Experience in data verification, data processing, records review, quality checking, back-office operations, or another accuracy-driven role.
• Comfortable comparing information and identifying inconsistencies.
• Able to apply written criteria consistently when reviewing records.
• Comfortable handling high-volume and repetitive work.
• Able to recognize exceptions and escalate instead of guessing.

Good-to-Haves

• Salesforce, CRM, case-management, or workflow-system experience.
• Excel experience for tracking and classification.
• Background in document verification, compliance support, records management, title processing, legal administration, or similar work.
• Experience working against quality and SLA targets.
