This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting informed decision-making across the company. Responsibilities

• Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness in accordance with company standards.
• Perform regular audits and cross-checks to identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Communicate with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies promptly.
• Update and maintain data verification logs and reports.
• Assist in developing and refining data validation procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies during all verification activities.
• Support ad-hoc data quality projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data verification, data entry, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles is a plus.
