Database Administrator

Key responsibilities:

The role focuses on ensuring reliable data processing, regulatory data submissions, API integrations, and operational support of both modern and legacy systems. The position works closely with business users, application support teams, and external vendors to investigate issues, improve data quality, and maintain stable day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator or similar database-focused role in the insurance or financial services industry

• Strong proficiency with major database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues under pressure

• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
