What they need

Maintain, monitor, and optimize database performance.
Develop and manage SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
Generate reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Analyze data and provide insights for business and operational improvements.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, security, and availability.
Support data migration, integration, and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with users to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
Document database structures, processes, and reporting procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in database management, reporting, or data analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or similar database platforms.
Experience in SQL query writing, database optimization, and report development.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
