• Must Have skills : SQL DBA, PostGres, MY SQL, SSRS, SSIS, PowerBI

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with over 7 years of hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, Power BI reporting, and dashboard design, along with deep proficiency in SQL query language and database architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases across multiple environments.
• Design and implement scalable database solutions, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
• Develop and manage data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data flow between systems.
• Collaborate with business teams to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Monitor database performance and proactively address issues related to availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Conduct regular database backups, recovery testing, and disaster recovery planning.
• Document database configurations, procedures, and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a DBA in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL administration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL query language, stored procedures, triggers, and functions .
• Experience in data warehouse design and implementation .
• Proficiency in ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSRS, SSIS, Talend, or custom scripting).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
