About the Role
We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on experience in database management and data migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining database performance, availability, security, and integrity across production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain databases in production environments.
• Perform data migration, database upgrades, and data validation.
• Handle database backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and optimize database performance and SQL queries.
• Manage database users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Identify and resolve database-related issues.
• Support application and development teams with database requirements.
• Perform database maintenance and ensure high availability.
• Prepare and maintain database documentation and procedures.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in Database Administration.
• Hands-on Data Migration experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with backup, recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of database security and access management.
• Experience working with production databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
• Exposure to cloud databases such as AWS RDS or Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of database monitoring, replication, and high-availability solutions.
• Basic scripting knowledge.
