Database Administrator

• Install, administer, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance, availability, security, and compliance with service level agreements.
• Monitor database capacity, perform backups and maintenance, manage patches and configuration changes, and coordinate with vendors for technical support.
• Troubleshoot complex database issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle and MSSQL Database Administration. (Non-negotiable)
• Solid experience in performance tuning and Oracle GoldenGate, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills. (Non-negotiable)
• Willing to work onsite

Pay: Php75,000.00 per month
