About the role

Database Administrator (DBA) responsible for Linux system administration, database operations, and infrastructure support with a focus on incident management and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Handle Linux system administration, monitoring & troubleshooting
Support database operations, backup & restore
Develop Shell/Bash scripts for automation
Support infrastructure operations (servers, storage, networking, virtualization)
Handle incidents & operational support based on SLA and ITSM processes
Maintain documentation, SOPs & operational standards
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting

About you

Strong hands-on experience with Linux & Bash scripting
Experience in IT operations / infrastructure support (3+ years)
Familiar with database operations & enterprise production systems
Understanding of ITSM processes & SLA-based support
