CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain database systems, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, ensuring stable and reliable operations.
• Perform database backup, restoration, and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity, availability, and business continuity.
• Monitor and optimize database performance through query tuning, index optimization, and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
• Manage database user accounts, access permissions, and security controls to protect sensitive data and maintain system security.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve database and server-related issues, including deadlocks, slow queries, and system performance problems.
• Collaborate with Application and Network teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth database operations.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Database Administration, particularly with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Disaster Recovery (DR), High Availability (HA), Backup & Recovery, and Database Performance Tuning.
• Good Linux administration skills, including system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience supporting mission-critical production systems, ensuring high availability, stability, and operational reliability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex database-related issues.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional teams and understand technical documentation.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is a strong advantage.
