We are specifically looking for candidates with strong and demonstrable experience in:

For this requirement, the skill expectations are highly specialized and focused on:

• Apache Kafka / Confluent Kafka
• Kafka Topics, Partitions, Consumer Groups
• Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect
• Event Streaming & Real-Time Data Processing
• Redis Caching Architecture
• Redis Cluster & Redis Sentinel
• MongoDB Administration and Optimization
• MongoDB Sharding & Replica Sets
• NoSQL Data Modelling
• Performance tuning of Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB ecosystems
• Troubleshooting consumer lag, cache bottlenecks, memory fragmentation, and streaming platform performance issues

Additionally, please confirm that the candidates are comfortable with:

• 100% Work From Office
• Client locations: BKC, Malad, and Turbhe
• Working hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays working as per the banking calendar
