What they need
- Design and implement robust database schemas and data models that support complex application requirements and future scalability.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Administer and manage database systems, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
- Implement and manage comprehensive backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data against loss.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools Strong experience in ETL development, data integration, data quality, and metadata management Proven track record in implementing data pipelines, data migration, and data warehousing solutions Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is required
Informatica PowerCenter Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Informatica PowerExchange Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL Experience with Oracle and MSSQL Server databases Unix/Linux shell scripting Familiarity with data modeling tools such as Erwin or Visio
