Job highlights

• Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation.

• Prepare invoices and ensure monthly services are billed according to client agreements.

• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.

• Reconcile AR accounts and generate aging reports with detailed analysis.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection efforts.

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally in global operations.
• Proven experience handling large volumes of transactions with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for global collaboration.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in NetSuite, Zendesk, or online payment platforms being a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing financial landscapes.
