The Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, a nationally recognized leader funding groundbreaking Alzheimer’s research, is seeking a Database Managerto oversee and elevate our Salesforce donor database and fundraising operations.

This role is ideal for a detaildriven, missionaligned professional who thrives in a structured, inperson environment and enjoys transforming data into strategy that drives fundraising success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Salesforce as the Foundation’s central donor database
• Ensure accurate gift processing, donor records, and reconciliation with Finance
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics that inform fundraising strategy
• Maintain data integrity through audits, duplicate cleanup, and standardized processes
• Supervise and support two Donor Gift Processors
• Provide donor profiles, segmentation lists, and analytics for campaigns and stewardship
• Support audit and Form 990 reporting requirements
• Assist with highvolume fundraising operations (mail, donation entry, acknowledgments)

What You Bring

• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising operations or CRM/database management
• Handson Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, gift processing, data integrity)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience supervising staff or managing data entry teams
• Comfort working in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
• Excellent communication skills and professional discretion
• Commitment to working fully onsite in our Upper East Side office
