🎯 Your Mission

• 🔹 Provide expert database presales support to the sales team
• 🔹 Be a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in their cloud journey ☁️
• 🔹 Qualify new opportunities and assess customer needs
• 🔹 Lead technical database discovery sessions and design optimal solutions 🛠️
• 🔹 Develop proposals, pricing, and customer presentations
• 🔹 Work closely with Cintra’s service delivery teams on the database architecture
• 🔹 Support post-sales delivery to ensure project success ✅

🔥 What You Bring ✔ 3+ years in a dedicated database presales role ✔ 3+ years working with Oracle Databases in a technical capacity 🏗️

✔ 2+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms ✔ Proven experience with migrations to PostgreSQL and data migration tools ✔ Strong technical communication and presentation skills 🎤

✔ Fluent in English & Portuguese 🌎

💡 Bonus Points If You Have: ✨ Experience with multiple clouds (OCI, Google Cloud, Azure)

✨ Familiarity with cloud readiness assessment programs like AWS MAP

✨ Experience positioning and selling professional & managed services ✨ Planning and estimating migration & upgrade projects ✨ Fluency in Spanish

🎓 Education & Certifications

• 🎓 BS degree or equivalent experience required
• 📜 Professional Oracle & AWS certifications highly desirable
