Database Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across healthcare applications and reporting solutions.
• Validate healthcare data accuracy using SQL, PostgreSQL, and database testing techniques.
• Test and verify SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, FHIR integrations, APIs, and interoperability workflows.
• Identify, track, and support resolution of defects while ensuring end-to-end business process and reporting validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Azure-based applications, maintain test documentation, and ensure high-quality delivery; automation testing knowledge is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, application testing, and quality validation.
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, including functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency in SQL, database testing, and data validation, with experience working on PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience testing SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments and healthcare/life sciences data and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
