Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in Databricks, AWS, and Power BI/Tableau to lead data engineering and analytics initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable data solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and BI developers.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks and AWS.
• Build and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and performance best practices.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Strong experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, IAM, etc.).
• Experience in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• AWS or Databricks Certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
