Databricks Tutor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Databricks Tutor to provide practical training to students and working professionals. The tutor should have strong knowledge of the Databricks platform, data engineering, Apache Spark, and cloud-based data processing, with the ability to explain concepts through hands-on exercises and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Databricks fundamentals, architecture, and platform features.
• Provide hands-on training in Apache Spark, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
• Explain data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data transformation.
• Train students on Databricks notebooks, workflows, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architecture.
• Cover data ingestion, processing, storage, and optimization techniques.
• Guide students in building real-time and batch data processing pipelines.
• Provide practical assignments, project guidance, and interview preparation.
• Customize lessons according to students' learning goals and experience levels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, SQL, and data processing workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Previous teaching, mentoring, or industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Databricks Lakehouse Platform and Delta Lake.
• Python, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
• ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
• Databricks Workflows and job scheduling.
• Cloud data platforms, data warehousing, and performance optimization.
• Experience working on real-world data engineering projects.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
