Data/Business Intelligence Manager (Pharma)

A leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a:

Data/Business Intelligence Manager Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate and analyze commercial, CRM and customer data from multiple internal and external sources
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL and other reporting platforms
• Transform complex datasets into clear business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation and commercial KPIs
• Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness indicators, identifying opportunities to improve field force productivity and execution
• Analyze CRM performance and customer engagement metrics, recommending initiatives to improve HCP interactions and omnichannel effectiveness
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Commercial Excellence teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analyses
• Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards and KPI monitoring tools
• Proactively identify trends, risks and business opportunities through advanced data analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and business-oriented manner
• Support forecasting, territory analysis, targeting, incentive schemes and performance measurement
• Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reporting systems
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and continuously improve reporting processes through automation

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence or Sales Analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Professionnal Background in the Pharmaceutical sector
• Strong SQL skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM or similar)
• Strong understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies and commercial KPIs
• Experience analyzing customer engagement and omnichannel performance
• Ability to transform business questions into analytical models and actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English
