Data‑Center EPC Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Take full‑cycle management for overseas data‑center and modular prefabricated‑container EPC turn‑key projects, covering project kick‑off, design coordination, procurement & export, on‑site construction, commissioning, acceptance, hand‑over and payment collection.

2. Co‑ordinate design teams, supply‑chain, expatriate construction crew and local subcontractors. Monitor schedule, quality, safety and cost to ensure compliant and on‑time project delivery.

​

3. Liaise with project owners, supervisors, local main‑contractors and government authorities. Obtain construction permits, inspection approvals, power connection and other statutory compliance documents.

​

4. Handle EPC variation orders, site claims, progress billing and final settlement. Conduct cost control, risk management and drive payment collection.

​

5. Implement HSE management system on‑site, standardize work procedures for Chinese and local construction teams and avoid safety incidents.

​

6. Summarize project lessons learned, optimize workflows for modular‑container data‑center overseas deployment and build standardized delivery procedures.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electromechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Civil‑Engineering or related fields. Minimum 5‑years data‑center EPC project‑management experience, including at least 2‑years overseas on‑site delivery experience.

2. Hands‑on project‑delivery background for overseas data‑center, modular pre‑fabricated container or large‑scale computer‑room projects; solid knowledge on MEP, cooling, power‑distribution and BA‑system implementation.

​

3. Familiar with overseas local‑site management, import‑export logistics, customs‑clearance and international construction standards. Prior experience in Southeast‑Asia / Middle‑East is an advantage.

​

4. Understand Tier standards, GB50174, local fire‑safety, electrical and building compliance requirements. Capable of solving complex on‑site technical and commercial issues independently.

​

5. Fluent English for business reading, writing and verbal communication. Able to follow project assignments; work locations mainly Rayong, Prachinburi, Samut Prakan.

​

6. Able to accept Chinese corporate‑culture; Mandarin speaking is mandatory.

​

7. PMP or Class‑A Constructor (Electromechanical) certification is preferred. Strong competency in project planning, risk‑control, team‑leadership and commercial negotiation. Overseas EPC claim, settlement and payment‑collection experience is highly preferred.

Work location: Thailand (Rayong / Prachinburi / Samut Prakan)
