Are you an experienced Data Centre Operations Leader looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile mission-critical facility?

We are supporting a leading organisation within the data centre sector in their search for a Data Centre Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a major facility in Frankfurt, Germany .

The Opportunity

As the senior leader on site, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all technical, operational, and commercial activities across a 24/7 critical environment. This position offers significant autonomy, leadership responsibility, and direct client engagement within one of Europe's fastest-growing data centre markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations and ensure service excellence across a critical data centre environment.
• Hold overall responsibility for site performance, compliance, operational delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage substantial operational and capital budgets, including full P&L responsibility.
• Lead, develop, and mentor multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.
• Drive best practice across health & safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary client stakeholder and trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, efficiencies, and service delivery.
• Manage key subcontractors, suppliers, and service partners.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading operations within a data centre, critical infrastructure, facilities management, or mission-critical environment .
• Previous responsibility for P&L management and commercial performance.
• Strong people leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Solid understanding of operational maintenance, facilities management, or engineering services.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Experience working within fast-paced, growth-oriented organisations.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

Package

• Base salary up to €100,000 depending on experience.
• Annual bonus of 10% .

Additional Information

• Full-time permanent position.
• Based in Frankfurt, Germany .
• The facility operates 24/7, however this role is not shift-based and has no on-call requirement .
