Datacenter Operations Support Engineer – Method / Process‑oriented role

We are currently supporting one of our major tech clients on a Datacenter Operations Support mission based in the Paris area.

This role is not a hands‑on field position and does not involve incident or on‑call activities.
It is a process‑driven, support role, working closely with Critical Environment Program Managers (CEPM) to help structure, track, and secure datacenter maintenance operations.

Main responsibilities

• Support CE Program Managers in daily operations

• Manage and follow up on maintenance procedures and documentation (MOP / SOP)

• Track tickets, work orders, and compliance actions

• Coordinate with technical and external teams

• Contribute to operational reporting and process improvement

• Work in an English‑speaking environment (written communication is key)

• Junior to intermediate profile (method, operations support, facilities, or industrial background)

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and cooling / HVAC (no expert level required)

• Comfortable with processes, documentation, and tools

• Strong written English, good reading skills, conversational spoken English

• Structured, calm, and detail‑oriented mindset
