What they need
Provide the total number of alarms handled and the alarm list (including the alarm ID, which is exported from the NMS or equipment).
Provide the SR No. based on the eCare system.
The NetCare Cloud system provides the RFC health inspection ticket number and inspection report.
Provide the SR number or customer email based on the eCare system.
Provide the network change WFM ticket number based on the NetCare Cloud system.
Send by email and provide proof.
Provide backup completion screenshots.
Provide the customer meeting notice and meeting minutes email.
Provide routine maintenance reports.
Qualifications:
Candidate must beamiliar with the configuration of switches and routers.
Be able to communicate with customers and technical teams.
Have some technical inclinations and be willing to continue to develop in the datacom/storage industry.
Preferably with background in Datacom.
Must have Bachelor's degree.
