Datacor Support Analyst

Our fantastic client is adding a Datacor Support Analyst to their dynamic team . This role will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for the organization’s Datacor ERP environment and related business applications. This position serves as a key point of contact for users across Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Warehouse, Accounting, and other business functions.

The Support Analyst will troubleshoot application issues, investigate data and transaction problems, assist users with Datacor functionality, and work with internal IT, business stakeholders, and Datacor support resources to resolve issues and improve system performance.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, understands business processes, and can translate user needs into practical system solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the Datacor ERP system.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Datacor-related questions, incidents, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot issues involving Datacor transactions, workflows, screens, reports, configurations, and user access.
• Assist users with proper execution of Datacor business processes and transactions.
• Coordinate with Datacor Support when issues require vendor assistance and manage cases through resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, workarounds, and recurring issues.
• Utilize SQL queries to investigate Datacor data and troubleshoot transaction or reporting issues.
• Analyze database records to identify inconsistencies, missing information, duplicate data, or unexpected results.
• Assist with data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation activities.
• Support the development and troubleshooting of Datacor reports and queries.
• Work with IT and technical resources when database-level investigation or remediation is required.
• Participate in Datacor upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system changes.
• Help evaluate new Datacor functionality and determine its potential business impact.
• Provide clear, professional assistance to Datacor users with varying levels of technical experience.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-base articles.

What you bring to the table:

• 2 + years of experience supporting Datacor ERP .
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, particularly within manufacturing, distribution, chemical, or process-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases .
• Ability to analyze data and trace transactions through an ERP system.
• Experience working with ticketing, incident-management, or service-desk processes.
• Experience with Datacor ERP modules supporting manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, sales, warehouse, or financial operations.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP integrations and interfaces.
• Experience with EDI, APIs, or other system-to-system integrations.
• Experience creating or troubleshooting ERP reports and queries.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service-management practices.
