Dataiku Data Scientist (1 Year Contract)

Rhino Partners is looking for Dataiku Data Scientists to develop, implement and operationalise data science and machine learning solutions using the Dataiku platform.

The role involves working across the data science lifecycle, from data preparation and model development through to deployment and optimisation.

Opportunities are available at both Associate Consultant (2–5 years) and Consultant (5–8 years) levels, depending on relevant technical expertise and hands-on implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement data science and machine learning solutions using Dataiku DSS.
• Build and maintain data preparation, feature engineering and machine learning workflows.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
• Develop, train, evaluate and optimise machine learning models using Dataiku and Python.
• Integrate datasets from relational databases, data warehouses and other enterprise sources.
• Develop reusable data science pipelines and automate analytical workflows.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, retraining and ongoing optimisation.
• Implement data validation, model evaluation and reproducibility practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Document models, methodologies and technical implementations.

Requirements

• Associate Consultant: 2–5 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning or advanced analytics.
• Consultant: 5–8 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to independently develop, implement and operationalise machine learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing data science solutions using Dataiku DSS.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with machine learning techniques, statistical modelling and feature engineering.
• Experience building end-to-end data science workflows, from data preparation through model development and deployment.
• Familiarity with Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of model evaluation, performance monitoring and machine learning lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Dataiku with enterprise databases, cloud platforms or data pipelines would be advantageous.
• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment automation or Generative AI use cases is a plus.
• Prior experience delivering data science or analytics solutions within Singapore's public sector is preferred.
• Candidates must have practical hands-on Dataiku implementation experience, beyond general data science or analytics exposure.
