- Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
- Analyze source-to-target mappings and business requirements.
- Build scalable data integration workflows.
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Optimize job performance and data processing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures and resolve production issues.
- Monitor data loads and ensure data quality standards.

- Create technical documentation and deployment plans.
- Support production releases and post-deployment activities.
- Implement data validation and reconciliation processes.
