算法工程师-两个岗位（DATA/VLM）

Minimum Qualifications

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or a related field (mathematics, physics or computer engineering), with a focus on computer vision and/or machine learning
• Rich experiences in computer vision, covering one of the topics: Text-to-Video /Text-to-Image/Image Quality Assessment/Video Quality Assessment/Multimodal Data Pipeline
• Proven prototyping skills and proficient in coding (Python) Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in multimodal data processing/data quality assessment/data synthesis/data platform construction；
• Industry experiences on t2i/t2v/i2v foundation models；
• PhD in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or a related field (mathematics, physics or computer engineering), with a focus on computer vision and/or machine learning

Multimodal Algorithm Engineer (VLM)

Minimum Qualifications

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or a related field (mathematics, physics or computer engineering), with a focus on NLP or computer vision or machine learning
• Rich experiences in vision language models/image understanding/video understanding
• Proven prototyping skills and proficient in coding (Python)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in VLM research, especially in the application of image/video captioning
• Industry experiences on T2I/T2V/I2V foundation models
• Publications in NLP, computer vision, machine learning
• PhD in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or a related field (mathematics, physics or computer engineering), with a focus on NLP or computer vision or machine learning
