Date Analyst(Risk and businese)

1. Risk Control Analysis: Conduct data analysis for platform risk control. Cover risk scenarios such as fake transactions, order brushing, marketing campaign abuse, organized fraud and non-compliant operations. Identify risk features and fraudulent patterns, measure risk control strategy performance (interception rate, precision, false positive rate, financial loss, etc.), and drive iteration of rules and models.
2. FTL (Full Truck Load) Business Analysis: Deliver operational and strategic analysis for full-truck transportation business. Analyze core dimensions including cargo supply, capacity structure, truck-cargo matching efficiency, fulfillment quality and pricing. Uncover business opportunities and pain points, develop actionable solutions, and facilitate strategy and product optimization.
3. Metric System & Monitoring: Establish core KPI frameworks and monitoring dashboards for risk control and FTL business across multiple markets. Rapidly detect anomalies, diagnose root causes, and build reusable analytical frameworks.
4. Experiment & Outcome Evaluation: Design evaluation solutions including A/B tests, gradual rollout and causal inference for risk control, operational and product strategies. Quantify strategic benefits and costs scientifically to boost decision-making efficiency and result credibility.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with risk strategy, algorithm, product, operation and engineering teams (including China headquarters and regional teams). Push analytical insights into implementation and track business results.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
2. 2+ years of data analytics experience. Experience in internet platforms, marketplace matching, logistics or fintech is preferred; experience in risk control and anti-fraud analysis is a strong plus.
3. Proficient in SQL; skilled in Python for data processing and analysis. Familiar with statistical methods and experimental design. Hands-on experience with big data platforms (MaxCompute, Hive, Spark, etc.) is preferred.
4. Strong business acumen and problem-structuring skills. Capable of hypothesis formulation and data validation, translating insights into executable plans.
5. Strong sensitivity to abnormal data; able to spot suspicious patterns from user behavior, transaction workflows and relationship networks.
6. Fluent written and verbal Chinese communication skills: This role requires daily collaboration with risk control, algorithm and product teams at China HQ. Candidates must read Chinese documents & system materials and communicate smoothly in Chinese.
