Day Concierge (Premium Villa Complex)

About the role

We are looking for a tech-savvy, outgoing, and proactive Day Concierge who will serve as the primary point of contact and digital ambassador during peak operational hours. This role seamlessly combines high-touch, in-person hospitality with real-time digital communication—handling guest check-ins, managing online booking inquiries, and curating exceptional villa experiences for international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests, conduct smooth check-in/check-out procedures, provide comprehensive villa orientations, and deliver personalized face-to-face assistance
• Monitor and respond instantly to booking inquiries across all channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct leads) to maintain high response rates and maximize booking conversions during peak hours
• Act as the primary operator for guest WhatsApp communications and internal management apps, delivering immediate support for guest inquiries, recommendations, and requests
• Actively promote, arrange, and coordinate extra services including airport transfers, vehicle rentals, spa bookings, private chefs, tours, and dining reservations
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security teams to ensure villas are pristine before arrival, maintenance issues are swiftly addressed, and overall quality standards are maintained
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports and handovers regarding guest requests, special preferences, and upcoming arrivals for the night team

About you

• Proven track record in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Villa Concierge roles in premium hospitality
• Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with PMS platforms (e.g., Cloudbeds), OTA extranets (Booking.com, Airbnb), and professional communication apps (WhatsApp Business).
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face guest interaction. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia is required.
