Day Crew

As a Day Crew Team Member at Emerald City Smoothie, you’ll play a key role in providing a positive customer experience by preparing nutritious smoothies and maintaining a clean, upbeat store environment. You'll work alongside a team to ensure fast, friendly service during daytime hours, typically between 6:15 AM and 3:00 PM depending on store location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about smoothies and ingredients, and provide helpful recommendations.
• Smoothie Preparation: Accurately and efficiently prepare smoothies and other menu items according to company recipes and health guidelines.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of workstations, blenders, prep areas, and customer space. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Inventory Support: Restock supplies, ingredients, and paper goods as needed during shifts.
• Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash, process card transactions, and manage orders accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other crew members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during busy daytime hours.
• Opening Duties (if applicable): Assist in opening the store, including prepping ingredients, cleaning, and setting up stations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Friendly and energetic attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player
