The Day Porter will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager performing variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Service

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned. Management also reserves the right to change or modify this position description from time to time to meet the needs of the site and/or building(s)

· Sweep, mop, and wash floors & other surfaces

· Vacuum rugs and spot clean as needed

· Clean and dust furniture; clean interior glass

· Clean bathrooms and restock paper supply daily

· Collect building trash daily

· Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways during winter months

· Perform periodic work: High dusting, leather and wood surfaces, polishing, wall washing

· Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team

· Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check

· Requires attention to detail and pride in work completed
