Day Program Staff

In this role, you will collaborate with participants to facilitate program-approved activities that foster community inclusion and encourage personal growth. Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities become integral members of society, promoting their autonomy and decision-making in choosing activities that enrich their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals in community activities, supporting them in achieving personal goals and aspirations.-
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing guidance and encouragement.
• Implement the approved calendar of community activities, ensuring a diverse range of options.
• Supervise and be responsible for 1 to 4 individuals during program sessions, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
• Advocate for the needs and preferences of each client, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, preparing necessary reports as required.
• Foster positive interactions and healthy relationships within the community.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Minimum Provider Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred; however, training will be provided.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are necessary.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to adhering to regulations and standards.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
