Job Summary

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Provide exceptional community members relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to uphold health standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special dietary needs or allergies.
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including setting up or breaking down service stations.

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage community members warmly and professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail through excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
