About the Role:

As an Day Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients under the supervision of our nursing team. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
