First Shield Security is a professional security services company dedicated to providing exceptional protection and customer service to our clients. We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and motivated Security Officers to join our growing team for multiple day shift positions.

Schedule :

• Tuesday & Wednesday : 09:45am to 8:15pm
• Thursday : 11:45am to 08:15pm
• Friday & Saturday : 09:45am to 06:15pm

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties and maintain a visible security presence
• Front Desk Operations and Access Control
• Monitor and control access to client sites
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors
• Enforce site-specific rules and regulations
• Report safety hazards and security concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Previous security experience preferred but not required
