Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and developmental milestones
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction
• Supervise children during activities, playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor excursions to ensure safety at all times
• Support children with special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care in collaboration with specialists when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior management notes, and daily activities
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, achievements, and any concerns
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation standards

• Ability to handle behavior management effectively with patience and consistency
• Certification in first aid and CPR; experience with special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
