Core Responsibilities

Dayforce Payroll Analysts typically bridge the gap between technical system configuration and operational payroll execution.

• System Migration & Implementation : Leading the transfer of data from legacy platforms (like Preceda) to Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and correct configuration.
• Testing & Validation : Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conducting parallel payroll runs to verify accuracy before "go-live".
• Process Optimization : Identifying manual workflows that can be automated within Dayforce to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Reporting & Analytics : Building dashboards and custom reports to provide actionable insights to Finance and HR leadership.
• Post-Live Support : Providing "hypercare" support immediately after implementation to troubleshoot and resolve immediate payroll issues.
