Dayshift Account — Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to the tobacco hotline account.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Manage chat and other digital customer support channels.
• Assist customers with concerns, requests, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, customer assistance, and account-related activities.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account records.
• Follow approved scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
• Meet required quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Work on a fixed dayshift schedule and report onsite as required.

Basic Requirements:

• College graduates without BPO experience are considered qualified to apply
• Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Average to Good communication skills
• Amendable to work on-site in Gilmore, Quezon City (beside LRT Gilmore Station)
• Amendable working on a shifting schedule including weekends & holidays
• Fixed DAYSHIFT schedule
