Daytime Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Daytime Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment by ensuring proper sanitation and dishwashing procedures. Your contributions will support the overall efficiency of our food service operations, helping to uphold high standards of kitchen health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including sinks, dish racks, and surrounding surfaces.
• Follow strict kitchen health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
• Support the team in maintaining a well-organized and hygienic workspace throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and other basic kitchen equipment safely.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and health & safety standards in a food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting during daytime hours.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
