Duties

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude as they arrive
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with bookings
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction abilities
• Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant procedures
• Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Background in hotel or guest services enhances your ability to provide exceptional hospitality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Prior experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service roles is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
