Daytime Server

As a Daytime Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every visit is enjoyable and seamless. Your culinary knowledge and food industry experience will help elevate our service standards while fostering guest satisfaction from the moment they walk through the door. You will also be able to inquire about dinner shifts as well and brunch on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS system, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold sanitation standard
• Food running and serving is our lunch format
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings. 2 years minimum
• Strong knowledge of TOAST POS systems ; familiarity with RESY is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest relations
• Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Effective communication skills for working with team members and engaging with guests seamlessly

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
